Truffle Gin Limited Stock
A premium, limited release gin made using black Perigord truffles.
To compliment the earthy flavour of the truffles, juniper, coriander, angelica root & calamus root are delicately blended into the Gin. A unique balance between juniper berries and coriander with that distinctive flavour of black Perigord truffles.
This limited release gin is infused with truffles grown in Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula. The result is a delicious gin characterised by the delicate, sweet and earthy flavours and aromas of the truffle.
Hand-crafted by our distillers and made from classic Australian Shiraz spirit where the rich, ripe aromas of the Shiraz grape deliver a gin that is one of a kind.
Carefully produced by vapour distilled infusion in small batches.
Serve neat, on ice, or with a splash of tonic water.

The distillery will be offering a limited VIP distillery tour to anyone who purchases two or more truffle products. They will be invited down to the Distillery in Red Hill & gifted an exclusive opportunity to join them in Red Hill for a VIP Distiller’s Tour & Ochre tasting (valued at $40).
The experience can be booked for either 9th or 30th July at 2.30pm & includes a tour of the distillery, an Ochre tasting, a coffee and chocolate PLUS 10% discount on all product purchases made at cellar door on the day.
