The delicate sweetness of Benedictine herbal liqueur perfectly combines with the deeper layers of caramel and raisins in the Ochre Fine Brandy to produce an infinitely great, smooth and aromatic cocktail with just a hint of spice.
Ingredients:
30ml Bass & Flinders Ochre Fine Brandy
30ml Benedictine herbal liqueur
Method:
Simply pour the spirits into a brandy balloon together. Stir well. Add ice if you like. You can also use the back of a bar spoon to gently float the brandy on top of the liqueur. Garnish with orange zest.
