As pioneers of the gin masterclass in Australia, we offer a selection of the most unique masterclasses available. In our Gin and Spiced Brandy masterclasses, we are constantly exploring new flavours and aromas to ensure a fun, interactive taste experience like no other, where you have an opportunity to create your very own bespoke gin or brandy.
Gin Masterclass $165pp
We offer one of the most unique Gin Masterclasses in Australia where you have an opportunity to create your very own bespoke gin.
Our resident Gin Expert will walk you through the perilous yet fascinating history of gin, the gin distillation process along with the tricks and techniques required to create the perfect gin recipe. Also included in the experience is a cheese platter and G&T, and following the class each guest leaves with a 500ml bottle of their own signature gin blend.
Spiced Brandy Masterclass $165pp
From the pioneers of the Gin Masterclass in Australia, we're excited to introduce a new experience and the first of its kind - the Bass & Flinders Spiced Brandy Masterclass.
Join us for an intimate 90 minute talk, taste and learning experience where you will delve into the history, production, flavours and aromas of brandy.
