Enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the sun at Bass and Flinders distillery located in the Dromana industrial area. Over the course of your afternoon you will dine on delectable local fares, hand crafted gins and be given a history of their gin and what makes them so unique.
The Gin High tea includes:
- Gin and tonic of choice on arrival
- Tier of sweet items: Mini raspberry cakes made with our Cerise gin, Scones with gin infused jam and cream, Limoncello infused tartlets and Orange and Choc cookies, along with a selection of local seasonal fruits.
- Savoury items of mixed gourmet sandwiches, charcuterie, cheese and crackers
- Choice of Gin paddle with 4 handcrafted gins, tonic and ice to mix your own gins at the table

Enjoy a tiered selection of our delectable sweet and savoury menu along with our artisanal, hand crafted gins. Each delicacy has been crafted to match the lush and fragrant botanicals of our premium spirits, jam infused with our Cerise gin - raspberries and cherries with a hint of vanilla, and lemon curd infused with our luscious Limoncello.
Gin High Tea gift vouchers are redeemable on a Gin High Tea experience held on-site at our distillery.
When purchasing a Gin High Tea Gift Voucher for your gin loving friend, you will receive an automated email with the voucher code that can be redeemed following the instructions found below under 'Redeeming your Gift Voucher'.
We need at least 24 hours notice for all Gin High Tea bookings at Bass & Flinders Distillery.

Redeeeming Your Gift Voucher
Have you received a gift voucher to our Gin High Tea and you would like to redeem your voucher and book in for a Gin High Tea? Follow the steps below... (If you have a gift certificate without any redemption code on it you will still be able to redeem your voucher by emailing us).
To redeem your voucher online (if you have a code on your voucher), follow the instructions below...
1.) Simply click here then select a date you wish to book.
2.) Once you have chosen a date, press the red 'Tickets' button. You will proceed to the next page.
3.) On this page, just above the details of your Gin High Tea ticket, there is a field in blue labelled 'Enter promo code.' Type in the code that is on your voucher and hit 'Apply'.
4.) Select the number of tickets to purchase and continue to Checkout.
5.) The total amount on the checkout page should then read $0.00
6.) Proceed by clicking on checkout and follow the prompts.
If you have a gift certificate without any redemption code you will still be able to redeem your voucher by emailing us.
7.) Your booking confirmation will be emailed to you.
