Returns & Exchanges 
If you wish to exchange or return for store credit, please notify the return within 14 days of receiving the product with a note of reason and we'll be happy to do so. There are no cash refunds at this point, only exchanges or store credit. All items must be returned in unused condition. The individual is responsible for return shipping costs. For any damaged items due to shipping please notify us within 14 days of receiving and we will gladly arrange for new products to be mailed out to you asap at our cost or give you store credit. Shipping
Shipping will be applied based on your location at the check out point. 
All orders will be mailed out within 7 days via Australia Post, and we will send out notifications with details over email. Please double check the address you supply to ensure it is correct as we will not be responsible for orders mailed out to incorrect addresses. 
You may select to pick up your order during checkout if you're local to the Mornington Peninsula area.

We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes. We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, attend events and masterclasses, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways: To personalise your site experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested. To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests. To quickly process your transactions. To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature. If you would no longer like to receive promotional e-mail from us, please click on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of our emails to automatically remove your details form our mailing list. You will not be contacted again. If you have not opted-in to receive e-mail newsletters, you will not receive these e-mails. Visitors who register or participate in other site features such as marketing programs and 'members-only' content will be given a choice whether they would like to be on our e-mail list and receive e-mail communications from us.
