Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients:
- Bass & Flinders Noble Stranger Australian Brandy 30ml
- White sugar cube 1
- Angostura Bitters 3 dashes
- Champagne / Sparkling wine top up
Method:
On barspoon, add sugar cube & 3 dashes Angostura Bitters to soak.
Allow cube to soften tightly.
Add the bitters soaked cube to champagne glass.
Add Noble Stranger brandy and top slowly with champagne or sparkling wine.
