45ml Bass & Flinders Gin - Soft & Smooth
15ml Elderflower liqueur
30ml Lime juice
15ml Sugar syrup
6 mint leaves
Fever-tree Elderflower tonic (approx 30ml)
Add all ingredients except Fever-Tree tonic to shaker. Fill with ice and shake well. Shake and pour over cubed ice into tall cocktail glass. Top with Fever-Tree Elderflower tonic. Garnish with mint sprig and & dehydrated lime wheel.
