Keep it simple with this smooth and uplifting version of an old classic. A bright, textural Gin 10 delight of mouthwatering, nutty sherry, wild spice and all things nice.
Ingredients:
25ml Gin 10 - Wild & Spicy
25ml Pennyweight Fino Sherry
25ml Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth
Orange peel twist
Fresh thyme for garnish
Method:
Mix all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker over ice, shake well and strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
Garnish with a twist of orange peel and fresh thyme.
