A deliciously festive spritz that is fruity and light with a hint of sweetness. Bursting with flavours of fresh raspberries and our luscious Limoncello lemon liqueur, this refreshing cocktail has a touch of sweet in every sip. Top slowly with prosecco for a timeless aperitif.
Ingredients:
60ml Bass & Flinders Limoncello
3 fresh raspberries (or 1 bar spoon frozen)
6 mint leaves
90ml Prosecco (approx)
Method:
Add all ingredients to shaker tin except prosecco. Fill with ice and shake well. Double strain over ice into stemless wine glass. Top slowly with prosecco.
Garnish with raspberries & mint sprig.
