Enjoy a goat’s cheese and roasted leek tart with crushed rocket and a balsamic-pomegranate reduction, root vegetable and mozzarella skewers sprinkled with dehydrated basil salt and drizzled with honey yoghurt, and beetroot-cured smoked salmon served with dill and caper dressing, crusty bread, and sesame crisps.
