60ml Bass & Flinders Maritime Gin
10ml dry vermouth
Fill mixing glass with cubed ice. Add dry vermouth and stir 10 times to coat ice.
Add Bass & Flinders Maritime Gin and sprig of saltbush and stir 30 times. Double strain into chilled martini glass.
Garnish with fresh lemon twist and a sprig of samphire.
