Bass & Flinders Distillery is located on the Mornington Peninsula.

All of the spirits served during the masterclass are at 40% alcohol. As you create your bespoke gin, you will sample various botanical distillates as you come up with a recipe you are happy with. In addition to this, we will offer you a gin and tonic and will conclude the class by offering samples of some Bass and Flinders products. Participants are responsible for their individual alcohol intake. We encourage you to drink responsibly.
Anyone who attends a Gin Masterclass must have a valid ticket. We have limited seating capacity and unfortunately don’t allow friends to accompany you unless they have also purchased a ticket.
Your bottle of bespoke gin will be blended on-site, ready to take home with you at the end of the two-hour class.

Yes, we can run Private Masterclasses for groups of 12-22 people between Mondays and Thursdays.
Private/Corporate Masterclass for 12-22 guests are hosted on-site at Bass & Flinders Distillery Door here in Dromana.
We walk you through the history of gin as well as how we make our own gin at Bass & Flinders Distillery. You will then be guided through the blending process, choose from a selection of our botanical distillates and create your own signature blend. Each guest will leave with one 500ml bottle of their own unique, gin.
Bottles will be blended and ready for collection at the end of class
o Total duration 2 hours
o Includes cheese platter, gin and tonic and product tastings
We require a 40% deposit to secure the booking.
Unfortunately we cannot offer Private Gin Masterclasses outside of our Distillery Door.
