Ingredients:
45ml Bass & Flinders Distillery Spiced Christmas Brandy
15ml Benedictine
10-20ml Apple Juice
3 Half Slices of orange
1 sprig of rosemary (removed from stem)
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker. Muddle orange slices and rosemary. Add a good handful of ice to shaker. Shake for 10-15 seconds or until shaker gets frosty. Double strain into small cocktail glass of your choice. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
