Ingredients:
45ml Bass & Flinders Firetree Cinnamon Myrtle Liqueur
20ml Frangelico
30ml Thickened cream
Method:
Add Firetree and Frangelico to a shaker. Add a good handful of ice. Shake for 10-15 secs or until the shaker becomes frosty. Double strain into rocks glass over ice.
Top with cream and garnish with grated nutmeg or a cinnamon quill. Stir before drinking.
