Collingwood FC x Bass & Flinders Distillery 2026 Father's Day Competition

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promoter of the Collingwood x Bass & Flinders Father's Day Competition ("Promotion") is Bass & Flinders Distillery ("Promoter"), located at 40 Collins Road, Dromana VIC 3936.

The Promotion is conducted in collaboration with Collingwood Football Club ("Co-Promoter").

2. Eligibility

Entry is open only to individuals who:

• are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry;
• ordinarily reside in Victoria, Australia; and
• make an Eligible Purchase during the Promotion Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion is not open to residents of any Australian state or territory other than Victoria.

Employees, directors and immediate family members of the Promoter and Co-Promoter, and any agencies or suppliers directly associated with the conduct of the Promotion, are not eligible to enter.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "immediate family" means a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child or sibling.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on Monday, 17 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Monday, 31 August 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Purchases made outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible for entry.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, an eligible entrant must purchase at least one bottle of Collingwood Signature Gin directly from Bass & Flinders Distillery during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Purchase").

Eligible Purchases may be made:

1. online via the Bass & Flinders Distillery website; or
2. in person from the Bass & Flinders Distillery Door at 40 Collins Road, Dromana VIC 3936.

Each bottle of Collingwood Signature Gin purchased during the Promotion Period constitutes one entry into the Promotion.

For example, an eligible purchase of two bottles of Collingwood Signature Gin will result in two entries into the draw.

Multiple entries are permitted, provided that each entry corresponds to a separate bottle of Collingwood Signature Gin genuinely purchased during the Promotion Period.

No additional entry fee is charged to participate in the Promotion.

5. Recording Entries

For Eligible Purchases made online, entries will be recorded using the customer and order information associated with the qualifying transaction.

For Eligible Purchases made at the Bass & Flinders Distillery Door, eligible customers will be asked to provide their name and contact details for inclusion in the Promotion entry register. The Promoter will subsequently transfer each valid entry from the register into the master digital entry list before the draw.

Entrants are responsible for providing accurate and current contact information.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify an entrant's eligibility and Eligible Purchase, including requesting proof of purchase or proof of Victorian residency where reasonably required.

6. Prize

There is one prize to be won.

The prize is the Collingwood x Bass & Flinders Father's Day Prize Pack, with a total recommended retail value of $1136, comprising:

• 1 x signed 2026 Collingwood Football Club guernsey ($695 RRP);
• 1 x Collingwood Football Club scarf ($40 RRP);
• 1 x bottle of Bass & Flinders Signature Gin ($104 RRP);
• 1 x bottle of Collingwood Signature Gin ($99 RRP); and
• 2 x Bass & Flinders Bottomless Brunch vouchers ($198 RRP).

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Bottomless Brunch vouchers are subject to availability, booking requirements and any applicable terms of use of Bass & Flinders Distillery.

If any component of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or Co-Promoter, a substitute prize or component of equal or greater value may be offered in accordance with applicable law.

7. Prize Draw

The Promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

The draw will take place at 2:00pm AEST on Tuesday, 1 September 2026 at Bass & Flinders Distillery, 40 Collins Road, Dromana VIC 3936.

All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into a master digital entry list.

The winner will be selected using a computerised random draw, with each valid entry having an equal and random chance of being selected.

Entrants do not need to be present at the draw to win.

The first valid eligible entry randomly selected will be declared the winner.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted in writing using the contact details supplied with their entry as soon as reasonably practicable following the draw.

The winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity, age, Victorian residency and/or their Eligible Purchase before the prize is awarded.

The prize will be provided or transferred to the winner within 28 days of the draw, subject to the winner satisfying the eligibility requirements of these Terms and Conditions.

The winner's name will be published on the Bass & Flinders Distillery Facebook and Instagram pages on Wednesday, and additionally on the Magpie Army Hub on 2 September 2026 and will remain published online for a minimum period of 28 days.

9. Unclaimed Prize

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the selected winner using the contact information supplied with their entry.

If the winner cannot be identified or contacted after reasonable efforts, is found to be ineligible, or does not claim or accept the prize within a reasonable period specified by the Promoter, the Promoter may conduct a second computerised random draw from the remaining valid entries to select a substitute winner.

Any substitute draw will be conducted using the same random selection method as the original draw.

The substitute winner will be contacted in writing.

10. Verification and Invalid Entries

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.

An entry may be deemed invalid if the Promoter reasonably determines that:

• the entrant does not satisfy the eligibility requirements;
• the entry does not correspond to a genuine Eligible Purchase;
• the purchase was cancelled, refunded or otherwise reversed;
• false, incomplete or misleading information was supplied;
• the entrant has tampered with or attempted to manipulate the entry or draw process; or
• the entry otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter may disqualify an entrant where reasonably necessary to protect the fairness and integrity of the Promotion.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, conducting the draw, contacting the winner and awarding the prize.

Personal information may be shared between the Promoter and Co-Promoter, or with service providers assisting with the administration of the Promotion, where reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Entry into the Promotion does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive ongoing direct marketing communications.

Where an entrant separately elects to subscribe to marketing communications from Bass & Flinders Distillery and/or Collingwood Football Club, their personal information may also be used for that purpose in accordance with the relevant organisation's privacy policy and the consent provided by the entrant.

The Promoter and Co-Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and their respective privacy policies.

12. Responsible Service and Consumption of Alcohol

This Promotion is open only to persons aged 18 years and over.

The Promoter and Co-Promoter support the responsible service and consumption of alcohol.

Alcohol forming part of the prize will only be supplied to a person aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required before any alcohol component of the prize is supplied or delivered.

13. General

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter may cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the Promotion from being conducted as intended, subject to applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Co-Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the Promotion or use of the prize, except for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

The Promoter's decisions regarding the administration of the Promotion, eligibility of entries and conduct of the draw are final, subject to applicable law.

The Promotion is conducted in Victoria and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

14. Trade Promotion

The Promotion is conducted as a trade promotion lottery in Victoria. No permit is required to conduct a trade promotion lottery in Victoria; however, the Promotion will be conducted in accordance with applicable Victorian trade promotion lottery requirements.
