For $99 a month, we send you everything you need to make at least five premium cocktails at home, built around a different Bass & Flinders spirit each month.

We love a cocktail bar. We also love being at home, taking our shoes off and making an excellent drink without going anywhere.
Cocktail Society brings those two worlds together.
Every month, our distiller and bartender select a Bass & Flinders grape-to-glass spirit and create a cocktail around it. We do the sourcing, measuring and recipe testing. You get the enjoyable part.
WHAT’S IN THE BOX?
Everything you need to make at least five premium cocktails at home., without the ingredient hunt or half-used bottles left behind.
Inside your box:
- 200ml of the month’s featured Bass & Flinders spirit
- Pre-measured cocktail ingredients - Vermouths, liqueurs, syrups and more - individually portioned and ready to shake, stir or pour.
- A cocktail recipe card. Simple step-by-step instructions, plus the story behind the month’s featured spirit.
- A how-to video accessed via QR code
- A collectible Conversation Card designed to spark a thought, story or genuinely good conversation - whether you’re enjoying the box solo or sharing it.
You bring the ice. Occasionally,
a basic or two. We’ll take care of the rest.

This is what we think matters most. Bass & Flinders has been making spirits on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula since 2009. We’re one of Australia’s few true grape-to-glass distilleries, creating our spirit from Victorian wine rather than starting with commercially produced neutral ethanol.
And now, we’re doing something a little different again.
Cocktail Society is the first subscription of its kind from an Australian craft distillery - pairing our own spirits with everything you need to turn them into premium cocktails at home.
Each month opens the door to a different part of our distillery - from gin and brandy to liqueurs and limited releases - with the cocktail, story and video designed to show you exactly what makes that month’s spirit special.
You’re not just receiving ingredients. You’re getting the distillery experience, one cocktail at a time.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Join the Society
Become a member for $99 per month and you’ll receive 5 or more cocktails every month. A fresh new recipe to try out and new flavours to discover with every box.
2. We do the thinking
Each month, we create the cocktail, perfect the recipe and pre-measure the ingredients for you. Occasionally, you’ll need a basic or two from home – such as ice, sugar or a simple pantry staple. If there’s anything you need to add, we’ll make it clear on your recipe card.
3. Your box leaves on the 8th
Boxes are dispatched from our Mornington Peninsula distillery on the 8th (or next business day). Tracking is sent when it’s on the move.

4. Cocktail hour is handled
Open the box. Follow the recipe. Scan the video if you’d like some company whilst perfecting your home cocktail craft. Then pour something excellent.
5. Your monthly schedule
Your subscription renews automatically on the 1st, and boxes leave the distillery on the 8th of every month.
Join after the 1st? No drama. Your first box will simply arrive in the following month’s dispatch cycle.
6. Make it work for you
Going away? Taking a month off? Just not feeling this one? Pause your subscription, skip your next box or cancel anytime through your account. You’re always in control.

Our ever growing botanical range consists of flowers, seeds, roots, spices and aromatic fruits. Some of our favourite botanicals include juniper, coriander, cassia bark, Mulla Mulla, Purple Vetch, cardamom, Angelica root, lemon, lime, pepper berry, ginger, orange & native (Australian) lemongrass.
