Juicy watermelon and cherry mingle with the bright lift of Cerise Gin, enriched by a hint of Luxardo. Prosecco bubbles carry the flavours in a playful sparkle that’s fruity, fresh and just a little cheeky.
Ingredients:
45ml Bass & Flinders Distillery Cerise Gin
20ml Watermelon liqueur
10ml Cherry Syrup
1 -2 barspoons Luxardo Cherry Syrup
90 ml Prosecco
Soda Water
Method:
Add all ingredients except Prosecco and soda water into a shaker. Add ice to shaker. Shake vigorously for 10-15 secs. Double strain into stemless wine glass with ice.
Pour Prosecco over top. Top with soda water.
Garnish with dehydrated lemon cherries.
