45ml Bass & Flinders Mistelle Rouge
90ml Champagne or Prosecco (well-chilled)
Curl of orange rind
Fresh raspberries
Method:
Pour MIstelle Rouge into a chilled champagne flute. Gently top with Champagne or Prosecco, letting the bubbles rise naturally.
Garnish with one fresh raspberry and curl of orange peel on the rim.
