Pineau Spritz

Light, bright and effortlessly elegant. Mistelle Rouge brings lush dark fruit and subtle spice, lifted by zesty lemon, sparkling Prosecco and a splash of soda. Crisp, silky and herb-kissed, a refreshing twist on the spritz, made to sip anytime.

Ingredients:

60ml Bass & Flinders Mistelle Rouge
10ml lemon juice
30ml Prosecco
Soda water to top

Method:

Add Mistelle and lemon juice to a large wine glass. Add a good handful of ice and stir slightly. Top with prosecco and soda water. Garnish with lemon slices and a sprig of thyme. Serve layered but stir before drinking.
