Pink Pineau Sangria

Rich, silky and deeply satisfying. Mistelle Rouge weaves dark cherry and spiced plum through a warming blend of grapefruit, rosé and a hint of white vermouth. Bright yet comforting, with a smooth, velvety finish. Like ripe, juicy fruit compote in a cocktail -  irresistibly more-ish.

Ingredients:

60ml Bass & Flinders Mistelle Rouge
20ml Grapefruit Juice
20ml Rosé
10ml White Vermouth

Method:

Add all ingredients to a shaker and add a good handful of ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds or until shaker becomes frosty. Double strain into medium sized cocktail glass of your choice.

Garnish with grapefruit slices and a lightly bruised mint sprig.
