We are thrilled to announce the re-opening of our Distillery Door!
From 5th June, we will be operating in a limited capacity for table service only, where tasting experiences, cocktails, and food will be available to small groups of up to 6 people.
As the serving of food is currently mandatory in all licenced venues, cocktails and tastings are only available alongside the purchase of one of our delicious Bass & Flinders Distiller’s Lunch Boxes. These boxes are a substantial serve and we consider them to be the equivalent of a meal.

A Distiller’s Lunch Box - $27 per box per person - must be pre-ordered at the time of booking, with a Vegetarian version and a Gluten Free* version ($29*) also available.
Experiences available for pre-order in conjunction with a Distiller’s Lunch Box include:
$22 Gin Paddle (equivalent of 2 standard drinks)
$12 Tasting (a selection of 5 gins, equivalent of 1.2 standard drinks)
$35 Taste and Tour (equivalent of 1.5 standard drinks, min 2 max 6 people per tour and may include other small groups). Tours take 40mins approx and we will be running one per session.

Set in the heart of the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, on the tourist drive, guests can experience a journey from vine to bottle, gaining an insight into how the family owned and run distillery makes its fine spirits.
A visit to our distillery door is a unique experience, as it provides a rare insight into the engine room of Bass & Flinders Distillery. The refurbished cellar door combines modern architectural style with bar and tasting room and view of operating stills.
Wheelchair parking, access and amenities are available onsite. Please call at least 1-2 days ahead to let us know if you require wheelchair access for a booked tasting or gin masterclass and we will be sure to accommodate you. You are able to drive up to the front of our cellar door with very little walking required to get inside.
