Maritime Gin 700mL
- Award Winning
A celebration of the diverse native botanicals found at the foot of Mt Wonga, the traditional naming of Arthur’s Seat by the Bunurong and Boon Wurrung peoples. An ode to our coastal home where fresh salty air meets the hinterland, where drifting sand dunes gather and disperse along the shoreline. A place where sea breeze cools the vines and Australian bushland hugs our rocky shores. Our home.
A fresh, savoury gin with locally foraged saltbush, kelp, samphire, lemon myrtle combining with wattleseed, strawberry gum and locally harvested vines leaves for a juniper-forward, native Australian dry gin made to perfectly complement food.
This gin was handcrafted using our Méthode Eau de Vie – the art of distilling wine into spirit - delivering a smoother, fuller, richer flavour for your drinking pleasure.
Serving Suggestions: Perfect in a dry and fresh Iconic and Tonic G&T or a simple and timeless classic our Maritime Martini.
