Refreshing and delicately floral with a bewitching dose of sweet-tart flavours. Geneviève Gin adds rose, lavender, butterfly pea flower and elderflower. Pretty in pink and whole lot of floral.
Ingredients:
30ml Bass & Flinders Distillery Geneviève Gin
15ml Crème de Violettes
5ml ginger liqueur
15ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
1 dash peychauds bitters
2 dashes rhubarb bitters
Method:
Add all ingredients. Shake with ice. Double strain into Nick & Nora glass.
Garnish with rose petals.
