Lemongrass, ginger and ginseng in our Monsoon Gin combine with a simple syrup, lemon juice and the vibrant bubbles of your favourite prosecco for a crisp, ultra-refreshing, utterly unforgettable sparkling cocktail.
30ml Bass & Flinders Monsoon Gin - Eastern Twist
20ml Lemon juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
75ml Prosecco (to fill glass)
Add all ingredients together in Boston shaker.
Shake then strain into stemless champagne flute.
Garnish with a twist of lemon.
