Ingredients:
60ml Bass & Flinders Monsoon Gin - Eastern Twist
45ml Lemon juice
30ml Ginger and Orange Syrup
15 ml Egg White
Method:
Add all ingredients to shaker tin. Fill with ice and shake well.
Strain into chilled Old Fashioned glass.
Garnish with dehydrated & lightly torched orange wheel and candied ginger.
