For the last few years, we’ve collaborated with one of our local heroes here on the Peninsula, Montalto, to create this extremely limited edition gin. The latest release - 'Batch IV' is available now at Montalto.
This unique and very limited handmade gin highlights the incredible ingredients found throughout Wendy’s Garden.

This exceptional gin marries macerated estate-grown red plums and rosemary from Wendy’s Garden with vibrant lime, lemon myrtle, and orchard orange. Hints of hibiscus rosella and butterfly pea bring an elegant floral touch and a stunning natural hue, while Tasmanian Mountain Pepperberry adds a polished, dry finish.
