Maritime Paloma

45ml Bass & Flinders Maritime Gin

15ml Pampelle ruby red grapefruit liqueur

30ml Ruby red grapefruit juice 

15ml Lime juice

15ml Sugar syrup

45 ml (approx) Fever-Tree Lime & Yuzu Soda

Add all ingredients except Fever Tree soda to shaker tin. Fill with ice and shake well. Strain over ice into tall cocktail glass rimmed with lemon myrtle salt.

Top with Fever-Tree Lime & Yuzu soda. Garnish with dehydrated ruby red grapefruit.
