It’s vibrant, it’s light, and it’s just the right amount of sparkling. Crafted with our Maritime Gin, tropical notes of pineapple, a hint of strawberry and lemon are finished off with the effervescence of Prosecco and a splash of soda.
Ingredients:
- 30ml Bass & Flinders Distillery Maritime Gin
- 30ml Pineapple Liqueur
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Strawberry Syrup
- 90ml Prosecco
- 2 x Strawberries
- Soda Water
Method:
Add all ingredients (except Prosecco and soda water) to a shaker.
Add ice to shaker. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Double strain into stemless wine glass with ice.
Pour Prosecco over top.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with dehydrated lemon and strawberry.
